Wha? I dunno, I like feeling sore after a workout, but I’m usually close to limping the day after leg day and I can’t really do much cardio for a couple days : /
Then again the days I like (arms and chest/shoulders) are stereotypical vanity muscles.

Didn't get the job
Hell, I didn’t even get the second interview they told me they wanted to do. When I was interviewed Tuesday they said they wanted me and two others to come back for second round interviews on Thursday or Friday. Wasn’t contacted by Thursday night so I e-mailed them.
They didn’t get back to me until Monday, and all they did was send me a “Dear Jon” letter. Fuck that....
Can anyone else not re-blog right now?
